ブレインストーミング
まずはブレインストーミングしてみましょう。
【賛成】
● 犯罪を防ぐ効果があるから
● 犯罪が起こった時に誰がやったか分かるから
● 犯人の居場所が分かるから
● まだ足りていないから
【反対】
● カメラが沢山あるとストレスだから
● プライバシーの侵害だから
● 情報管理が大変になるから
● もうすでにいっぱいあるから
あたりがポピュラーな理由でしょうかね。
では、構成を考えてみましょう。
サポートの例がうかびやすい理由を選ぶといいですよ。
理由として考えついたものがサポートとして使える場合もあります。
構成

①意見 もっと防犯カメラが必要だ
②理由１ 犯罪を防ぐ効果があるから
サポート ダミーのカメラでも効果があると言われている。本物ならなおさらだ。
③理由２ 犯罪者を特定できる
サポート 複数のカメラを追うことで、どこにいるのかも突き止められる
賛成はこんな感じかな？
【構成：反対】
①意見 もっと監視カメラが必要ではない
②理由１ 監視社会は住みずらい
サポート ずっと監視されていることを好む人はいない。ストレス。
③理由２ 情報の管理状況を頻繁に監視しないといけない
サポート プライバシーの侵害になるから
反対はちょっと書きにくいですね。なんか、結局「カメラがあるとイヤだ！」に尽きる気がするんでねぇ。無理くり理由とサポートをひねり出した感じです（笑）。
英作例

まずは、理由部分とサポート部分の英作例を挙げてみます。
2級らしい語彙を使ってみますよ！
【理由＋サポート】
犯罪を防ぐ効果があるから
→Security cameras can prevent people from committing a crime.
●prevent O from doing →Oが～するのを防ぐ
ダミーのカメラでも犯罪を減らす効果があると言われている。本物を設置したら効果があるに決まっている
→It is said that even dummy cameras are effective to reduce crimes. There is no doubt that setting up real security cameras produces a good effect.

●reduce crimes →犯罪を減らす
●there is no doubt that~ →～は疑いがない
●produce a good effect →良い効果を生む
何か法に反する事が起こったら、カメラをチェックすることで誰がやったか特定できる
→When something illegal happens, we can identify who did it by checking security cameras.

●identify →特定する
複数のカメラをでチェックしながら、容疑者がどこにいるのかも突き止められる
→We can even locate where the suspect is, checking their escape route with multiple cameras.

●checking 以下は分詞構文
結論部分をパラフレーズして文言を変えた形でしめてみましょう。
パラフレーズする場合は、意味が大幅に変わってしまわないように気を付けましょう。

【理由＋サポート】
監視社会は住みずらい

いつも見られていることを好む人はいない。ストレスだから。
→No one likes being watched all the time, because it is stressful.
録画されたデータが適切に管理されているのか頻繁にチェックしなくてはならない。なぜなら情報の流出は我々のプライバシーを脅かすから
→We have to check if the recorded data is managed properly or not frequently, because a leakage of information can threaten our privacy.

●a leakage of information →情報流出

【結論：パラフレーズ】
For these reasons, I do not think more sesurity cameras should be installed around us.
※問題の文言「Do you think we need more security cameras in the town.」部分をパラフレーズしています。
パラフレーズすると点数上がりそうだよね。余裕がある場合は、文言を少し変えて表現してみてね！

I think we need more security cameras in the town.
I have two reasons for feeling this way.
First, security cameras can prevent people from committing a crime. It is said that even dummy cameras are effective to reduce crimes. There is no doubt that setting up real security cameras produces a good effect.
Second, when something illegal happens, we can identify who did it by checking security cameras. We can even locate where the suspect is, checking their escape route with multiple cameras.
For these reasons, I think it is necessary to set up more security cameras in the town.
