政府主導で出来る事は沢山ありますよね。
①環境悪化を防ぐために規制を厳しくする
②災害を減らす為にインフラを整える など
企業や個人では出来ない事を取り上げると良いでしょう。

Second, it is also the government's role to improve its country's infrastructure. It can be a preventive measure for natural disasters. The current infrastructure and facilities are not enough to save people's lives. The government should allocate a higher budget for developing better infrastructure.
