氾濫危険水域を超える の表現
質問：大雨の影響で〇〇川が氾濫危険水域を超える。まだ超えてないけど危険な状態だよ。と伝えるときはどのようにすればいいのでしょうか？
こちらの表現の入ったものを、ニュースソースから探して例として引用したかったのですが、数日分遡って、あちこちのネット記事を探してみたのですが、ピッタリの表現を含むものが見つけられませんでした。
特に「氾濫危険水域｣に該当する英語表現は、ピッタリ置き換えられるようなものがなく、もう少し説明的な英語になっている印象でした。
一番近い表現はこちらでした。

表現はニュース風ですので、硬いですね。
