2級レベルの単語や表現になるように作文をしてみましょう。
意見
意見は、問題文に I think をつけて表明すれば良いと思います。最後にfor two reasons（二つの理由で）を付けても良いでしょう。

First, students can develop their communication skills through this experience, because it gives them opportunities to get acquainted with people from all over the world and learn their ways of thinking.
（まず、生徒はこの経験によってコミュニケーションスキルを磨くことが出来る。なぜならそれ（留学）によって世界中からきた人々と知り合ったり、彼らの考え方を知る良い機会が与えられるからだ。）
※英語では1文にまとまっていますが

という構成です。
※because の前でピリオドをうって、Because~と文をスタートさせるのは英作文では良くないとされています。becauseはここでは接続詞として使われていますので、because の所で文を切っていしまうと、文と文をつなぐ役割を果たせていないからです。

Second, students can learn foreign languages more intensively than if they were in Japan.

If they can speak foreign languages fluently, they will be able to make themselves understood at most places.
（もし流暢に外国語が話せたら、ほとんどの場所で意思疎通を図ることが出来ます。）
That means they won't have to worry about misunderstandings caused by the language barrier.
（という事は、言葉の壁によって生じる誤解を心配する必要がなくなるでしょう。）

結論
※結論部分は2級では、最初の「意見」の部分と同じでも大丈夫ですが、理由をまとめて言い換える方法（パラフレーズ）を取るとより良いでしょう。
※文章が長くなり過ぎた場合は、結論部分を省略しても大丈夫です。

Yes, I think students should study abroad, for two reasons.
First, students can develop their communication skills through this experience, because it gives them opportunities to get acquainted with people from all over the world and learn their ways of thinking.
Second, they can learn foreign languages more intensively than if they were in Japan. If they can speak foreign languages fluently, they will be able to make themselves understood at most places. That means they won't have to worry about misunderstandings caused by the language barrier. That is useful.
In order to gain diverse experiences and skills, I think it is beneficial and necessary for students to study abroad.

※SNSでもOKだが、あまり英語では使わないということ。social mediaのほうがポピュラーな言い方だそうです。

Second, students may have a dangerous experience while studying abroad. Actually, a friend of mine got robbed in Spain and lost almost everything . Japan is one of the safest countries in the world. Students should concentrate on studying in a safe country.
Because of the good educational environment in Japan, it is not necessary for students to study abroad.
