今回は一番シンプルな構成で書いてみます。
導入と結論部分で主張を述べるだけに留める形です。

ただ、導入と結論ではパラフレーズする形にしましょう。
※同じ内容でも文言を変えます
今回は、「将来、人間は地球以外の星に住むようになると思う」という主張で書きます。points は「the environment on earth」と「technology」を使います。
導入：introduction
It is possible that humans will move to other planets and live there in the future, for two reasons.
（二つの理由により、将来人間が他の惑星に移り住む可能性があると思います。）
◆It is possible that~ ～の可能性がある、～は可能だ
特に難しい文言とか入ってないですよね。超フツー。, for two reasons なんかも3級の頃から使いまわしてるような平易な表現ですよね。本文がしっかりしていれば、この辺りで難しい表現を入れなくても8割はいきますよ。

The first reason is a worsening situation on earth caused by environmental factors. People are facing problems such as food shortage and an increase in uninhabitable lands. The size of the land where people can live and grow food has been shrinking due to natural disasters and pollution. Humans need to live on other planets to survive.
（一つ目の理由は、環境要因による地球の状況の悪化です。人々は食糧不足や人の住めない地域の増加といった問題に直面しています。自然災害や汚染によって、人々が住み食べ物を育てられる場所が段々少なくなってきています。人間は生き延びるために他の土地に住む必要があるのです。）

本文では、準一級らしい語彙を意識して書きましょう。
文法的には関係詞や現在完了進行形を使っています。これぐらいの文法はガンガン使っていきましょう。

Some may say it is impossible to move out to other planets, but technological developments will contribute to making this possible. Several national organizations and private companies have been diligently working on space exploration, and they are making great progress. There is a fair chance for human beings to acquire a measure to travel through space safely and move to other planets.
（他の惑星に出ていくのは無理だという人もいるでしょうが、技術的な発展がこれを可能にすると思います。政府の機関や民間企業が宇宙探索に向けて懸命に取り組んできていますし、大きな進歩を見せています。人間が宇宙を安全に旅し、他の惑星に行くための方策を得られるかなりのチャンスがあると思います。）

◆具体的サポートとして「national organizations 政府の機関」「private companies 民間企業」が「space exploration 宇宙探索」に取り組み成果を出している事と述べています。

Some may say it is impossible to move out to other planets, but technological developments will contribute to making this possible.
赤字の部分を「people's emigration to other planets 人々の他の惑星への移住」などとしても良さそうですが、前の move out to other planets と表現が重なるので避けた方が良いでしょう。
◆there is a fair chance for~to- ～がーする可能性がかなりある
特に難しい形は使ってませんね。でも、同じことの繰り返しにならないように書く、ということを結構シビアに捉えて書く癖をつけた方が良さそうです。

まとめ
2級の時との違いは、文法より語彙ですよね。文字数が多くなっているので詳しい説明が可能になるわけですが、その為の語彙が足りないと書けない！という事になります。地道に語彙を増やす作業…はまだまだ続くのです…。ファイトだ！
